Okinawa/Main Office Electrician (General Maintenance)
This role involves assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment and fixtures while troubleshooting malfunctioning systems.
Work Contents
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning electrical systems.
- Plan the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Prepare sketches and follow blueprints.
- Project documentation and reports.
- Some work may require working on ladders, scaffolds, and roofs; safety gear (harness) must be used as necessary.
- Support work for other projects (non-electrical related) may be required.
- Any other works designated by the company.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Electrical work, including piping as necessary.
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment required to perform electrical work.
- Second-Class Electrician license or above.
- Standard Japanese Driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- First-Class Electrician license.
- Experience with trenching, laying conduit, and pulling wires.
- Computer/Microsoft Office skills.

Compensation and Schedule
- Salary: 210,000 JPY to 260,000 JPY per month (determined by skills and experience).
- Commuting Allowance: Applicable when one-way distance is over 2km (up to 30,000 JPY per month).
- Parking: Free parking lot is available.
- Working Hours: 8:00 to 17:00 (1-hour lunch break).
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and other days specified by the company (124 non-working days per year).
- Bonus: Twice a year (July and December), calculated as Base salary x 2.0 total (previous year results were 3.0).
- Pay Raise: Once a year (Spring).
- Retirement Bonus: Applicable to join the system when an employee reaches 1 year of service.
