Job Summary
At Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC, we are proactively seeking talented professionals to join our growing team. We are currently looking for a Training Systems Logistics Support Specialist to support U.S. Marine Corps training operations. In this full-time, on-site role you will work closely with System Support Officers (SSO) and Responsible Individuals (RI) to provide logistical coordination, scheduling, and inventory management for Ground Training Systems (GTS) and Virtual Training Systems (VTS). Key Responsibilities
- Support SSOs and RIs in maintaining property accountability and lifecycle management for all assigned GTS and VTS.
- Conduct required quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inventories of training systems and equipment.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory control, replacement planning, and sustainment scheduling.
- Assist the SSO/RI with documentation of new assets and the disposal/DRMO of other assets.
- Perform local inspections of live training systems, ranges, and minor training devices (I-TESS, SESAMS, PITS, BFX simulators, virtual systems).
- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accountability and supply processes in alignment with USMC policy.
- Support acceptance testing, fielding, and disposal actions as directed by SSOs.
- Ensure accurate use and reporting within DPAS, CAR, and related accountability systems.
- Schedule, track, and generate reports of GTS equipment utilization through RFMSS.
- Perform functional administrative tasks in RFMSS to adjust quantities and availability of GTS equipment.
- Provide reports, briefs, and documentation to leadership in support of training system readiness.
Work Environment
- On-site at Camp Hansen, MCB Butler.
- Work will be performed in office, warehouse, and training range environments.
- Must meet OCONUS requirements including SOFA and SPOT registration.
- Travel may be required to MCAS Iwakuni, CATC Fuji, and Camp Blaz (Guam).
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active or interim Secret clearance (must be maintained)
- High school diploma or GED (associate's or bachelor's in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in property accountability, logistics, or military supply operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with DoD/USMC supply and accountability systems (DPAS, CAR, CMR)
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Marine Corps RTAM, TECOM, or training support programs
- Knowledge of warehouse management practices and DoD logistics processes
- Experience preparing and maintaining SOPs for accountability and sustainment
