We are looking for a reliable handyman to manage grounds, perform light carpentry, and handle daily repairs and maintenance to keep the property in good condition.
主な業務内容（Key Duties）
- 芝刈り、植木の剪定、敷地の清掃と維持管理
- 軽度の大工作業（修理、設置、簡単な建築作業など）
- 日常的なメンテナンス（塗装、器具交換、簡単な配管作業など）
- 安全上の問題や修理箇所の点検と対応
- 工具や機材の管理と保守
Requirements
応募資格（Requirements）
- 造園・大工経験のある方
- 25kg（50ポンド）以上の荷物を持ち上げられ、屋外での作業に対応できる方
- 自主的に動ける方、細部に注意を払える方
- 普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方（優遇）
