As a waiter or waitress in the hotel's restaurants and banquet halls, your duties include:
- Serving meals to customers.
- Clearing tables (bussing).
- Providing general customer service.
Work Schedule
Specific shifts are available for October 2026, including:
- October 27 (Tue): Banquet shifts (17:00-23:00) and various breakfast/lunch shifts at Tancha Bay.
- October 28 (Wed): Banquet shifts (17:00-23:00) and various breakfast/lunch shifts at Tancha Bay.
- October 29 (Thu): Banquet shifts (17:00-23:00) and various breakfast/lunch shifts at Tancha Bay.
- October 30 (Fri): Various shifts at Tancha Bay and Shichifuku.
- October 31 (Sat): Various shifts at Tancha Bay.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet either condition ① or condition ②:
- ① Previous experience in hotel service.
- ② Having received hotel training from Plenty.
Training Details:
- Location: Plenty Co., Ltd. Urasoe Headquarters.
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
- Content: Training on proper tray handling and the etiquette for using serving spoons and forks.
- Note: A Plenty staff name tag will be provided during training. Since training is by reservation, please contact the official LINE account if interested.
Additional Info
Compensation and Benefits
- General hourly wage: 1200 JPY
- High school student hourly wage: 1100 JPY
- Transportation allowance: Provided separately (varies by residence).
- 500 JPY: Onna Village / Uruma City Ishikawa
- 750 JPY: Uruma City (excluding Ishikawa) / Okinawa City / Kadena Town / Yomitan / Kinmu Town / Itanium Town / Kitakanajo Village / Ginaza Village
- 1000 JPY: Other regions
- Payment schedule: Paid on the 15th of the following month, based on the end of the current month. Advance payment is not available.
