Assist with golf course operations including check-in, cart management, course patrol, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
Job Description
Golf course operation involves a wide range of duties:
- Front desk reception at the start room (check-in, cart assignment, tee time guidance)
- Course patrol (manage play progress, check manners and etiquette)
- Opening and closing procedures for the golf course
- Inspection of returned golf carts (check for damage and lost items)
- Cleaning golf carts and replenishing supplies (ball washers, sand bottles, etc.)
- Replenishing and managing sand boxes and sand bottles
- Rental club check-in/check-out
- Managing and cleaning water and ice stations
- Cleaning the driving range, washing balls, maintaining mats and dividers (as instructed)
- Repairing divots on fairways and ball marks on greens (as instructed)
- Cleaning and organizing work areas
- Other incidental duties related to operations
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in basic English and Japanese
- Ability to work outdoors (including heat, cold, and rain)
- Flexible shift availability including weekends, holidays, early and late shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg
- Basic customer service manners and service awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of golf is a plus
