Recreation Attendant (Golf Shop Reception)
Operate the starter office, manage golf course play, and perform course maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Starter office operations (check-in, cart management, start time guidance)
- Manage play progression on the golf course, monitor player etiquette and pace of play
- Open and close the golf course
- Inspect golf carts upon return (check for damage and lost items)
- Wash golf carts, refill ball washers and sand bottles
- Maintain sand storage areas and replenish dry sand
- Handle rental club check-out and return
- Exchange water and ice at water stations daily as instructed
- Clean and maintain water stations
- Clean the driving range and wash balls as directed
- Arrange and maintain range mats and dividers
- Fill divots on fairways and repair ball marks on greens
- General cleaning and organization of work areas
- Other related duties as needed
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in simple English and Japanese
- Ability to work outdoors (hot, cold, rainy weather)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg
- Basic understanding of customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Golf knowledge or experience is a plus
