Store Associate

As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their shopping experience, ensuring a positive and memorable visit. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and contribute to achieving store targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves and displays.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and tagged.
• Assist in receiving and verifying incoming merchandise.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.
• Uphold store security and report any incidents or suspicious activities.
• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
